Did
you know?
· · Any overtime you have scheduled when you use FMLA will be included when determining how much FMLA you qualify for?
· · Your medical certification for FMLA provided by your doctor or healthcare provider, will be second guessed by a non-licensed/non-certified representative chosen by your employer?
· · If you have a life-long or long-term qualifying FMLA condition, you will be required to recertify your condition twice a year?
· · Your employer has the right to contact your doctor or healthcare provider without your consent if they suspect fraud or misrepresentation while you are out on FMLA?
If you knew this, then why haven’t you left your comments opposing these and other changes to FMLA? Even if you didn’t know this, you know it now and you should also post comments opposing these changes.
